I'm attending TASLA this week. It reminds me how important it is to get outside your regular setting, take some workshops, attend a conference and expand your mind. I could explore some of these things myself and often do. But then again I often get bogged down in my work load and personal obligations. Not to mention hearing someone who has good insight on a particular topic. That was our first speaker we heard, Kim Cofino, Literacy Specialist International School Bangkok. She had some good thoughts on building your Personal Learning Network. Here are some of her main points.
