Follow classroom and school rules
Students will be assessed at selected points during the study of a unit or skill area. Students will be given frequent opportunities for evaluation through classwork, projects, participation, and other methods. Grades are calculated according to the Denton ISD Middle School Grade Calculations policy and are designed to report the students current skill level on the general education curriculum.
To help your child achieve success you can
Read aloud with your child and encourage independent reading. Practice new skills, reinforcing the goals we are working on at school. Encourage independence and give your child chores. Communicate with and support your child's teachers.
