                                                              Facts About Me

    -I grew up in Los Fresnos, TX. I graduated top 5% of my class, was a member of Student Council, as well as National Honor Society. I was also a varsity athlete and lettered in volleyball, basketball, track and softball. In 2001, I was chosen for the All-State Academic team for volleyball.
    -I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A & M University- College Station, TX. There, I majored in History and minored in English.
    -I taught English and coached volleyball and basketball at my old high school, LFHS, for two years, then moved to the 9th grade campus for six years.
    -I have coached sub-varsity and middle school girls for 6 years, coached multiple U.I.L. Academic teams for 5 years, co-sponsored our school Book Club, was department head of our English department, and was Teacher of the Year for 2014 for Los Fresnos United.    
    -I earned my Masters of Education in Administration from Lamar University in 2012.
    -This is my third year teaching in Denton and my eleventh year teaching overall.

    Tutorial Times
     
    Lunch Tutorials
     
    I will be available for lunch tutorials every day (with few exceptions). **Students must be thoughtful of days when they will need to come to for tutorials. They must ask for a signed pass to come to tutorials in order to leave the cafeteria to attend tutorials during their lunch time.
     After School Tutorials
