    Hi!  Welcome to my page!
My name is Crystal Godin and I am the Deaf Ed Interpreter Coordinator.  This is my 9th year (2017-2018) working for  Denton ISD, and I have worked all of them at McNair.
I first learned of and fell in love with Sign Language in the 6th grade when I learned about Helen Keller.  In high school, I was in Sign Language Club my freshman, sophmore, and senior years (I would have my junior year, too, but the teachers weren't able to do it that year).
I am grateful for the opportunity each day to use the talent I have been gifted with to help the deaf and hard-of-hearing students in our school learn and grow academically and socially, as well as how to advocate for themselves by communicating their needs to others so they can reach their potential.
    Crystal A. Godin
