How do I access the training modules?
Register through your local EducationServiceCenter (see link below).
What’s my “log in” password?
The first time you access the site, you must create a log in password to access TBSI Online Modules.
What's the next step?
Once you have succesfully registered, click on "Search Offerings" in the left hand portion of the screen. Your search term should be "TBSI". You will be presented with three options of which you should select:
Once you have selected the training and clicked "Register", a link will be emailed to you. If you have not recieved the link within 24 hours, check to make sure that it was not intercepted by your Spam filter. The training modules are self paced and can be completed incrementally. Once you have completed the training make note of the certification date.
How long does it take to complete the training?
Prior knowledge of the material and proficiency in the use of technology are two factors that impact the length of time it takes to complete the training. Average completion times for all 4 modules range from 1.5 to 4 hours
I have completed all 4 modules but I didn’t receive a certificate.
Each module has an evaluation that is to be completed and printed. (Print one copy for your administrator and one for yourself) The evaluation serves as your certificate.
How do I access module 7?
At this time, module 7 is to be completed by a “face to face” training. However, supplemental information is available via the link below. Contact your local Education Service Center for training requirements.
