•  Meet Mrs. Mead

     
    Natalie Mead
     
     

    Mrs. Mead has served as principal at Paloma Creek Elementary since 2012. Prior to coming to Paloma Creek, she served as an assistant principal from 2009-2012 at Pecan Creek, where she served as an educational leadership intern in 2008 and as a fourth-grade teacher for five years. She also was a teacher at Newton Rayzor Elementary School in Denton and Washington Irving Elementary in Edmond, Oklahoma.

     
    She was the director of teacher relations and curriculum at Quail Springs Church of Christ Pre-School and a teacher at Wiley Post Elementary School, both in Oklahoma City.
     
    She received her bachelor's in elementary education from Oklahoma Christian University, where she was the recipient of its Education Distinguished Alumna. She received her master's in educational leadership from University of North Texas. In 2007, she received the Adam Langford Leadership in Global Missions Award for the support of replenishing the threatened Mvule tree in Uganda.
