    2017-2018  Registration Information

     

    Please refer to the information below and select the option that best describes your student’s status: 

    • Your student was enrolled at Guyer High School on June 1, 2017 and will return to Guyer again next year. Your student is a RETURNING STUDENT. 
    • All returning students will have an InfoSnap code sent to their parent’s email address on or before July 14, 2017. Once you complete and submit the online registration, you will only need to provide the acknowledgement page, current proof of residency (water, electric or gas bill only) and parent ID to our campus on the following dates:

    Seniors Only                                    

    10 am - 2 pm

    Tuesday, August 1          

    Juniors (and Seniors)  

    10 am - 2 pm

    Wednesday, August 2      

    Sophomores (Juniors and Seniors)

    Freshman (Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors)

    • Your student was enrolled in the 8th grade at a Denton ISD school on June 1, 2017 and will be entering high school for the 2017-2018 school year. Your student is a RETURNING STUDENT. 
    • All returning students will have an InfoSnap code sent to their parent’s email address on or before July 14, 2017. Once you complete and submit the online registration, you will only need to provide the acknowledgement page, current proof of residency (water, electric or gas bill only) and parent ID to our campus on the following dates:

    • Your student was enrolled in a Denton ISD school on June 1, 2017, but you have moved or will move before school begins on August 15, 2017. If you have not been placed on an approved transfer list, please visit our school finder page or call Denton ISD’s Transportation Department at 940.369.0300 to determine your new campus. If your address is still zoned for a Denton ISD school or you are an approved transfer, your student is a RETURNING STUDENT.

    • All returning students will be emailed an InfoSnap code to the parent’s email address we have on file on or before July 14, 2017. Once you complete and submit the online registration, you will only need to provide the acknowledgement page, current proof of new residency (water, electric or gas bill only) and parent ID to the campus you are  now zoned for. Please check with your new campus to determine schedule pick-up dates and time.

    • Your student previously attended a Denton ISD campus, but was not enrolled on June 1, 2017. Your student is a NEW STUDENT Welcome Back!
    • Please visit our school finder page or call Denton ISD’s Transportation Department at 940.369.0300 to determine your new campus.
    • If your campus is Guyer High School, please call 940.369.1000 to set up your new student enrollment appointment 

    • Before your appointment, please complete our District’s InfoSnap Registration for New Students (this link will be available by July 10th). At your appointment date/time you will need to provide your student’s withdrawal paperwork from their previous campus, along with most recent report card, transcript, immunization records, birth certificate and social security card. You will also need to print the InfoSnap acknowledgement page, provide current proof of residency (water, electric or gas bill only dated within 30 days) along with parent/guardian ID.

    • If your campus is Guyer High School, please call 940.369.1000 to set up your new student enrollment appointment

    Please note: Enrollment is not complete until all required documents are returned to our campus. Students will not be placed on a class roster until registration is completed.
