It is indeed an honor to serve the Denton Independent School District as principal of the historically rich Fred Moore High School, home of the Dragons. As the lead learner on campus, I am committed to my professional growth and strive to model humility and service for our students so they graduate from Fred Moore High School equipped and eager to make a positive impact in their communities.
My career as an educator spans over fifteen years and three states: Texas, Ohio, and Tennessee. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from LeMoyne-Owen College in Memphis, TN, and a Master of Education degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.  I am most proud, however, of my accomplishments as a wife and mother. My husband, Reverend Leneard Rabsatt, and our children, Maia and Morgan (DISD alumnae), T'Keyah, and Marcus, inspire me to be and do my best everyday.
Because of my vast experience supporting children from diverse backgrounds, I am confident that the driven learning environment Fred Moore provides challenges all students to reach their highest potential. Our faculty and staff individualize our online curriculum for students wanting to either accelerate instruction and graduate early, or those needing to recover credit and graduate on time.  In addition, we offer flexibility with scheduling and an engaging self-paced climate.
We welcome opportunities to collaborate with parents and the district, and to partner with the community so that our students have access to the very best resources, and to ensure their academic, social, and emotional success.
