Kindergarten Expectations

·     Our kindergarten program is uniquely adapted to the needs and interests of the five year old.

·     We try to teach the whole child. We provide activities that develop mind, body, and spirit. This includes all areas of physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

·     Kindergarten is not a downward extension of first grade! The readiness activities provided in kindergarten prepare your child for first grade where formal reading begins. The equipment, materials, and activities in our kindergarten are adapted to accommodate readiness in stages of reading and writing.
