About Bell Elementary
Bell Elementary is Denton Independent School District's newest school in the U.S. Highway 380 corridor, located in the eastern portion of the district and in the town of Little Elm. The school is named after Catherine Coleman Bell, a longtime Denton community member who was instrumental in the desegregation of Denton schools in the 1960s, breaking down racial barriers in the community.
The school is located next to Braswell High School, the district's newest high school, and primarily serves residents in the Paloma Creek South community.
