Denton High hosting mystery dinner theatre performance on Oct. 24

Denton High School will host a special one-time mystery dinner theatre performance on Saturday, Oct. 24, where the audience is part of the show.

Scheduled for 7 p.m. in the school’s studio theatre, “Dead to the Last Drop” engages the audience as they try to determine the show’s killer, resulting in one of its multiple possible outcomes. The audience enters the performance as though they were going to a coffee house, after which a murder will take place. Following an intermission, a police officer will engage the audience in an interview process, deciding who to accuse based on evidence provided by the detective.

Entry to the performance is $10, with a coffee bar and desserts included at no extra charge.

For more information about the performance, please contact Tom Stratton, Denton theatre director, by phone at 940-369-2087 or via email at tstratton@dentonisd.org or Kerri Peters, assistant theatre director, by phone at 940-369-2013 or via email at kpeters2@dentonisd.org.
