The Manufacturing cluster includes planning, managing and performing the processing of materials into intermediate or
final products. It includes professional and technical support activities such as production planning and control, maintenance and manufacturing/process engineering. Students may learn a variety of technical skills that are in high demand in the world of work. Ever wondered how precision metal products are manufactured for the aerospace, automotive, medical, and many other industries? Then this is the class for you! This course requires precision manufacturing tolerances within Ten Thousandths of an inch. In this course you will learn and work with the leading CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Machining) software utilized by Industry.
