Connecting non-district, Windows 10 Laptops to the DISD Wireless NetworkClick "Start" and then click "Settings"Click on "Network & Internet"Make sure "Wi-Fi" is selected on the left and then click on "Network and Sharing Center"Click on "Set up a new connection or network"Click on "Manually connect to a wireless network" and click "Next"Enter the settings you see below and click "Next"Click "Change connection settings"Click the "Security" tab then click the "Settings" button next to "Microsoft Protected EAP (PEAP)"Uncheck the "Verify server's identity by validating the certificate" boxClick "Configure" next to "Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)"Un-check the box "Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any)."Click "Ok"Click "Ok"Click "Advanced Settings"Check the box "Specify authentication mode"Select "User authentication" in the drop down listClick on "Save Credentials" and enter your district username and passwordClick OK on all open windowsYou should now be able to connect to disd wi-fi*NOTE - You may have to connect to disd-pub and/or reboot your computer before successfully connecting to disd
