Our Repair Department provides second-level support for each Denton ISD campus. Any hardware that cannot be fixed on campus will escalate to this department. Our repair shop services thousands of devices each year and with exponential growth within Denton ISD this number will only grow larger.

The repair shop also handles all second-level support on campuses for Projectors, Smart Boards, and audio/visual issues. Each campus has its own Campus Support Technician but they are not often trained or equipped to support damaged devices. This allows our Hardware Technicians at the repair shop to provide second-level support for Projectors, Smart Boards, and audio/visual devices on-site if needed.
We also directly service a few of our central campuses like the Annex, Transportation, Technology, and Sparks.
Any parts for devices that are needed on campus are also provided by the repair shop.
Hardware Technicians may be pulled to help out on campuses that need a few extra hands for large projects.
