    Scientists Use Senses to Observe
Our sense of smell helps us to observe.  We tried predicting each smell on five cotton balls and we graphed which one we liked the best!
    (1=nail polish remover, 2=laundy detergent, 3=vinegar, 4=perfume, 5=tuna)
    1
"I think this one smells like deodorant!"
    1
"I like this smell!" ~ laundry softener
    1
The FEWEST people liked number 3 ~ vinegar
The MOST people liked number 5 ~ tuna!

Our sense of sight helps us to observe.  We tried identifying objects without our eyes and it is more difficult!
