PEIMS Documentation

This section contains PEIMS documents and information that are either general in nature or are not specifically related to any one section of data (demographics, attendance, etc.)

 

Student Accounting Handbook: This document details the attendance accounting rules for the current year. This document contains information relating to student funding eligibility, attendance rules, special education, CTE, Bilingual/ESL, pre-kindergarten, EXPO, PRS, and other related items. Campus personnel who are involved in the coding decision-making and/or enter this data into eSchool should read and be familiar with the information contained within this document.

 

PEIMS Data Standards: This is a link to the web-based data standards and can be used by campus personnel as a reference for coding.

 

Denton ISD Attendance Procedures Manual: This is Denton ISD's local attendance manual which covers the local requirements laid out in the SAAH.

 

PEIMS Verification Reports and Other Related Items: This document is an overview of the various required PEIMS verification reports and a few other items that are new, or relatively new.
