If your child is sick or hurt,
please send us a note to excuse them from PE.
Include in your note:
1. Child's first and last name
2. Child's teacher
3. Your name/ daytime contact number (We won't call unless we need clarification.)
4. SPECIFIC instructions. (e.g. "no running for the week," "no going outside today," "completely unable to participate until ankle heals," etc.)
You can always email us, but we don't check email when students are in the gym so we may not see the note until your child's class is over. A handwritten note that your child can bring with them to PE really helps us stay on top of the situation.
