What you should do:
Form 1095-C should be kept with your yearly tax information. (In the event of an IRS audit, you may be asked for proof of health coverage on Form 1095-C)
Double-check that all information, especially names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and coverage is correct.

Denton ISD, an Applicable Large Employer (AEL) offers an affordable minimum essential coverage that provides the minimum value through the following medical plans
2015 - 2020 TRS ActiveCare 1HD Employee-Only
2020-2022 Texas School Health Benefits Program Employee-Only

Employees are required to accept or decline coverage during their initial enrollment period (30 days from hire/contract start date) and/or during open enrollment each year.
