• Spam / Junk E-Mail


    **It is recommended to check your Junk E-Mail folder regularly for messages that should not be marked as Spam. You should also empty this folder on a regular basis as emails accumulate.

    In Outlook, you have a Junk E-Mail folder. junk email . Incoming messages are moved to the Junk E-Mail folder if they are considered suspicious.


    If a message gets caught in your Junk E-Mail folder that is not junk, simply drag the email to the Inbox, or right click the email, Junk, Not Junk. You will receive a message telling you that the email will be moved to the inbox.

    If you receive a message in your inbox that you want to mark as Junk, select the email, right click the email, drop down to Junk, Block Sender. You will receive the message that the sender has been added to your Blocked Senders List.
