I have always known I wanted to be a teacher.  I grew up in a household of educators, so I have always seen the dedication that education takes.  My favorite part of teaching is seeing when a student truly understands a concept.  

- I graduated from UNT.  I also have my Masters degree in Teacher Leadership from Lamar University.

- I have been married for six years to my wonderful husband, Francisco.

- We have a energetic and curious four year old, Isabella.  

- I have a Yorkie who is very spoiled named, Twixie.
