    Don’t be left out in the heat or Standing in Line

    Parents,

    Texas law requires all students to be immunized before beginning school or have an original state approved Affidavit of Exemption on file. Your child will not be allowed to attend class without meeting one of these requirements.

     

    Clinics and Doctor’s Offices fill quickly the beginning of August.

    Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis

    DTaP/DTP/DT/Td/Tdap

    5 doses or4 doses

    One dose after the 4th birthday

     

    Polio (IPV)

    4 doses

    One dose after the 4th Birthday

      

    Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)

    2 Doses

    First dose after the 1st Birthday
