Use the following forms of contact to communicate essential student absence information:Email- firstname.lastname@example.org
When reporting an absence please include:
- Name of parent/legal guardian reporting absence
- Student First/Last Name
- ID Number
- The reason your student is absent
- Date(s) student will be absent
This information will be saved as documentation for your student's absence. Remember parent notes must be emailed or turned in within 3 days (72 hours) or it becomes unexcused. If you have any questions please contact Melanie Lemus at 940-369-3307.
