CALCULUS STUDY SESSIONS
Mondays 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

MATH CLUB...Wednesdays 4:15 - 5:10 p.m.
CHESS CLUB...Thursdays 4:15 - 5:10 p.m.

Please be on-time for tutorials. If I know you're coming, I will wait for you. Other duties and staff meetings may make it necessary to change available times on specific days throughout the school year. Whenever it becomes necessary to cancel or change tutorial times, I will attempt to provide as much notice as possible. In general, I will post change notices outside my door.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

If you make an appointment, please be there on time. Missing an appointment displays a lack of courtesy and responsibility. It is my greatest desire to have every student succeed. A vital component of success is completing assignments and projects in a timely manner. Assignments are structured with four goals in mind. These goals are:

(1) to provide skills practice,
(2) to expand on material previously covered,
(3) to explore new but relevant topics; and most importantly,
(4) to provide a self-assessment of mastery.

If you are having trouble understanding a topic, make immediate use of tutorials for help. Waiting until the day before a test and expecting to cram several weeks of work into one tutorial will not work! If you make a sincere effort and seek help as needed, you will succeed.
