My name is Hope Lewis and I am so excited to serve the Harpool community.  I could not be more thrilled about the opportunity to help your child navigate through their middle school journey.   I have a passion for building relationships with students, and this position gives me a great opportunity to do that.

I have been in education since the Fall of 2007.  Prior to joining Denton ISD, I served as a high school counselor at Sherman High School.  Before transitioning into the school counseling role, I taught 6th through 8th grade Language Arts and Reading in Frisco ISD. 

I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University in Interdisciplinary Studies and I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Texas A&M University at Commerce.

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, traveling, working out, shopping, and going to church. I look forward to a great year and feel privileged to have the opportunity to partner with each family to ensure each student reaches his/her full potential.
