• Project Adoption 2019 will be celebrated during A2 block on Friday, December 6

    Project Adoption is a chance for students and teachers here at Ryan High School to help children in our community celebrate the holidays. Our Ryan family enjoys the opportunity to brighten the season for preschool age students here in our own district.

    The children from Ann Windle School for Young Children come to Ryan first thing the morning of Project Adoption. They are each assigned a buddy from Student Council or PALs who will stay with them the whole time they are on campus. Each child is assigned to a particular classroom.

    The teacher and class in the assigned classroom purchase and gather together certain clothing or toys the Windle students have wished for as a holiday gift. They throw the Windle student(s) assigned to their classroom a party with food and presents to create a Christmas morning atmosphere.
