    Welcome to McMath Middle School!

McMath is one of Denton’s four campuses that houses the Denton Regional Day School Program for the Deaf.  We serve Denton, Wise, and Cooke counties.  If you have specific questions about our program and whether or not it is the best place for your child, please contact Amanda Tefertiller our program director.

At McMath Middle School, students are expected to develop independence by taking on the personal responsibility of getting to class on time, maintaining passing grades, and following the school rules.  Students should write all assignments in their agenda to help parents understand what is being done in the classrooms.  Students are expected to let their classroom teachers know if they are having problems understanding the material.  If you see your child struggling in a specific area, please contact the content area teacher and communicate your concerns.

Please let us know how we can be of assistance.
