    INTRO AUDIO/VIDEO PRODUCTION-2 CREDITS


    Audio/Video Production is a course designed to provide training for entry level employment in the Radio, Television & Film industries.
    This course is designed to teach students the Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production phases as well as nonlinear editing using Apple’s Final Cut Pro Studio software.
     
     
    ADVANCED AUDIO/VIDEO PRODUCTION-2 CREDITS
    Careers in audio and video technology and film production span all aspects of the audio/video communications industry. Students use advanced knowledge and skills needed for success in the Arts, Audio/Video Technology, and Communications career cluster. Students will be expected to develop an advanced understanding of the industry with a focus on pre-production, production, and post-production activities.   Audio/Video Production is a course designed to provide training for entry level employment in the Radio, Television & Film industries.
     
    Assignments
    Assignments include athletic events and taping of district and community activities and projects. The Audio Video Production Students will learn in a TV Studio Lab environment.
     
    Facilities
    The Audio/Video Production facility has six separate editing bays, a separate sound booth, control room, and a large TV production studio divided into Set A and Set B.  There is also space for storage of studio equipment and an equipment storage room for the students to check out equipment.  A tape library will help keep tapes and projects organized and there are two separate locker rooms for both men and women.
