Eligibility & Enrollment Requirements
- Complete enrollment application online or download and print the enrollment application.
- Provide current vaccination records.
- Provide a health assessment (with a physician’s signature).
- Provide 2 months of income verification (pay stub, tax return, bank deposits or statements, or court orders).
- Pay registration fee ($30/child or $50/2 or more children) before the first day of school.
- Pay supply fee ($25/child). This is an annual recurring fee before the first day of school.
- Pay the first week of tuition before the first day of school.
