We are refreshing our campuses older than 20 years in order to provide the same experiences for all students district-wide. We are replacing two schools (Borman and Ginnings Elementary) older than 50 years, similar to the upgrade with Shultz Elementary and Strickland Middle School.
Seven elementary schools and five middle schools are getting fine arts improvements, which includes stage lighting, stage reconfiguration and sound systems.
We are upgrading physical education facilities with turf practice fields, all-weather tracks at ALL middle schools and a multipurpose indoor facility at every high school.
Eight middle schools will receive upgrades to their tennis courts.
All comprehensive high schools will be outfitted with a customized, competitive eSports learning space.
Sixteen elementary schools will receive playground equipment replacement
Fifteen campuses will receive a child nutrition/cafeteria upgrade
Twenty-eight campuses and or facilities will receive a HVAC upgrade
Twelve campuses and or facilities will receive an interior refresh

Thirty-three campuses will receive a security vestibule reconfiguration.
Seventeen campuses and or facilities will receive a keyless entry upgrade
Thirty-nine campuses and or facilities will receive a centrally-located doorlocking system (panic button). In the event of an emergency, this will instantaneously lock every door automatically.
Every campus will receive a security camera upgrade and expansion. All campuses district-wide will receive video access systems at all entrances and exits.
All secondary campuses will be outfitted with smart sensors (non-video) in student restrooms. These sensors have the ability to detect loud noises, smoke and vapor.
Replacing all projectors with touchscreen interactive digital panels.
High-speed, secure internet access to expand connectivity. This is crucial as the district expands to decrease the load on the network.
All campuses will be equipped with enhanced cybersecurity, which will bolster the district’s ability to monitor network activity and keep confidential data more secure.
We are giving students access to technology at all grade levels by committing to a five-year refresh cycle of laptops.
All campuses will be receiving computer lab and library device refreshes.
