Did you know all of our à la carte items are Smart Snack compliant? This means they meet the following requirements:

• 200 calories or less
• 200 mg or less of sodium
• 35% of calories or less from total fat
• Less than 10% of calories from saturated fat
• 0g Trans fat
• 35% by weight or less of total sugars

Additionally, snack items must:

• Be a grain product made of 50% or more whole grains, or
• Have a fruit, vegetable, dairy, or protein as the first ingredient

While these items may look familiar, most are specially developed for school food service to meet these nutrition standards, so you won’t be able to find them in your local grocery store!
