Operations HEAT Tickets
An Operations HEAT ticket is a maintenance work request entered into the HEAT system by an authorized person of a Denton ISD facility. Only the building administrator is authorized to put in Operations HEAT tickets, although that
person can designate someone to put them in on their behalf.
Operations HEAT tickets cover just about anything that needs to be fixed that isn’t covered by a Technology HEAT ticket. Technology HEAT tickets cover computers, printers, faxes, phones, PA systems, etc.
