Denton ISD Special Olympics provides meaningful athletic opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities through sports such as bowling and track & field. These programs help our athletes build confidence, develop physical skills, form friendships, and experience the pride of representing their school and community.

Your support helps provide equipment, uniforms, training opportunities, and competition experiences for our athletes. Donations directly impact the continued growth and success of the Denton ISD Special Olympics program and the students we serve.

Vision
Our vision is for the Denton ISD Special Olympics program to be a model of excellence in inclusive athletics, where every athlete is supported, celebrated, and empowered to reach their full potential. We strive to continually grow and strengthen our program to meet the evolving needs of our athletes while fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and opportunity across Denton ISD.

Mission
The Denton ISD Special Olympics program is committed to providing inclusive athletic training and competitive opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities. Through sports, we promote physical fitness, skill development, confidence, teamwork, and school pride while creating meaningful opportunities for students to experience success and belonging within the Denton ISD community.
