Schedule Pick Up for Secondary Students

The families of high school and middle school students can begin picking up their course schedules for the upcoming school year at the end of July. Schedule Pickup schedules vary by campus, please check with your student's school.


Families of returning students at the high school level can begin picking up schedules and completing the enrollment process on campus Monday, July 30. An online registration verification form as well as proof of residency and updated immunization records are required to pick up schedules.


All returning students will have received their Snapcodes – one per returning student – to the email account of the primary parent/guardian listed on their student’s campus beginning Thursday, July 12.  The email contains a link that will take them directly to their student’s information, where they can complete registration.


The high school course schedule dates are as follows:

July 30 - Seniors 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

July 31 - Juniors 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

August 1 - Sophomores 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

August 2 - Freshmen 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

August 2 - Open to all grade levels 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

August 3 - Open to all grade levels 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. 


Families of middle school students at the middle school level can begin picking up their schedules and completing the enrollment process on Tuesday, July 31. Middle school schedule pick-up times vary by campus, so please contact your child’s school for specific information.


Families of new students can access online registration directly through the district’s website at


Unless the new student enrolling already has a sibling in the district, a new account will need to be established before starting online registration. The online link for new students will open on Monday, July 2.


Parents of new secondary students will need to contact their school counselor to set up a course schedule for the upcoming year. You can begin setting appointments for student schedules with counselors beginning Monday, July 16.
