Denton ISD to Host Proposition A Information Sessions

Denton Independent School District will host a series of in-person information sessions on Proposition A in advance of the November 4 election. Each session will provide community members with an overview of Proposition A and its potential impact on the district. 

When & Where:
Community members are invited to attend any of the following sessions:

• Wednesday, September 17, 2025 – Ryan High School | 6:30–7:30 PM
• Wednesday, September 24, 2025 – Denton High School | 6:30–7:30 PM
• Tuesday, October 7, 2025 – Braswell High School | 6:30–7:30 PM
• Wednesday, October 15, 2025 – Guyer High School | 6:30–7:30 PM

*All sessions will be held in the Cafeteria/Commons at each high school. 

Families are welcome to attend any session that best fits their schedule. Attendance is not limited to the high school attendance zone in which the meeting is held. 

Who:
These sessions are open to all Denton ISD parents, staff, and community members. You do not need to have a child enrolled in Denton ISD to attend, as all eligible voters may participate in the November election. District leadership will present information and be available to answer questions.

Why:
These sessions are intended to share clear, factual details about Proposition A and its impact on students, staff, and taxpayers.
