UPDATE: Denton ISD closed until further notice.
We will continue to add updates below as sites and other bnews develop regarding our program.
We as a program in the Denton zone follow Denton ISD schedule and closure events. Due to the overwhelming precaution of COVID-19 (coronavirus) Denton zone’s spring break will be extended an additional week, March 16 - 22. All registrations and classes scheduled for next week will be canceled. We will keep you informed if this extends further. Cleburne and Lewisville Zone are on spring break this week and will update you if they extend as well.
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. If you have not please continue to work on your English and HSE prep with the use of Burlington English or Essential Education. 3/14/2020 NTAEL COVID-19 Update:
- Our sites at Lewisville Public Library and Denton Public Library are cancelled until further notice.
- Zellars Center for Learning and Leadership site will not be hosting classes until the end of March 31st.

Denton ISD will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation prior to reopening school on Monday, March 23 and will communicate across all platforms as updates become available.
All competitions, including school related and community based, that have been scheduled within the district during this timeframe are postponed.
All buildings are closed to outside rentals during this time as well.
District staff should remain in communication with their supervisor and/or principal regarding their individual needs and workflow.
Denton ISD is actively working to provide information and opportunities for teachers and students to stay safely connected through distance learning and online resources.
Please know that we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and participate in daily calls with local, state and federal officials. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
