National Signing Day: 21 District Athletes Commit to Play at College Level

Denton ISD is proud to join our high schools, families and coaches in honoring students who will play athletics at the college level. National Signing Day, Wednesday, Feb. 6, is a day that high school seniors traditionally reveal the college or university they will continue their academic studies and play collegiate sports next season. It is the first day of the calendar year that a student can sign a binding National Letter of Intent.

A total of 21 athletes from Denton, Braswell, Guyer and Ryan high schools documented their college choice in front of their coaches, family and friends.

Posing for photos surrounded by their loved ones, student-athletes celebrated their successful high school careers, thanked their coaches and promised to represent their alma maters with pride as they move to play at the next level.
