If you completed step 1 of registration, but still need to upload proof of residency and a photo ID, click HERE.

I completed registration, but I still got a phone call:

  • You may have uploaded invalid documentation. Please make sure that the address on the ID matches the address on the utility bill. 
  • You may have uploaded proof of residency, but no ID. 
  • You may have uploaded an ID, but no proof of residency.
