• Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

It is important for all parents and students to be familiar with our school's arrival and dismissal procedures, so that these processes move quickly and safely.
Follow this link to for detailed procedures for parent drop-off, parent pick-up, student walkers, and bus/daycare riders: Cross Oaks Arrival and Dismissal Procedures 2015-2016
If parents of pre-k, kindergarten, or first grade students wish to arrange for their children to walk home with a 2nd - 5th grade student who is not a sibling, they need to complete this form and provide it to the office: Designated Walker Form
Please note: Parents should expect these procedures to take longer at the beginning of the school year and plan accordingly. At all schools, it is typical that these systems run slower as staff, students, and parents have the opportunity to practice them. At Cross Oaks, student safety will always be our top concern. We thank you in advance for your patience and flexibility as we work to establish these procedures.
We are always seeking ways to improve our arrival and dismissal systems, and we welcome feedback from our parents. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, please contact the school office at (972) 347-7100.
