Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select “Tools” from the main menu (if you do not see this menu press the ALT key)
3. Select “Pop-up Blocker” from the Tools menu
4. Select “Turn Off Pop-up Blocker” (red arrow)Chrome
1.Open Chrome
2. In the top-right corner, click the Chrome Menu
3. Click Settings
4. Click Advanced (Link at the bottom of the page)
5. Under “Privacy and Security” click Content Settings
6. Under “Pop-ups and redirects" use the slide switch at the top of the page to either turn pop-ups on or offAndroid / iPhone /iPad
1. Open the Chrome app
2. Touch the Chrome menu
3. Touch Settings > Site settings or Content settings
4. Touch Pop-ups and redirects and then turn them on or offFirefox
1. Click the menu button (the three black bars in the top right corner) and choose Options2. Click on Privacy & Security on the left side of the page
3. Scroll to the Permissions section and check or un-check Block pop-up windows
4. Exceptions... This is a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups
5. You can specify which websites are allowed to open pop-up windows. Type the exact address
of the site you want to allow and then click Allow and Save ChangesSafari1. Open Safari2. Top left corner, select Safari, then select Preferences from the drop down menu3. Select Security on the top row4. Uncheck the Block pop-up windows boxAdditional note regarding SSO from an iPad or iPhone. After you log into sso.dentonisd.org, you may receive the following message. (see screen shot below) Click on the gear in the top right-hand corner, choose Switch to PC View. The SSO portal should open.
