  • About Bell Elementary

Bell Elementary opened in 2016 in the town of Little Elm and is located in the eastern portion of the district along the U.S. Highway 380 corridor. The school is named after Catherine Coleman Bell, a longtime Denton community member who was instrumental in the desegregation of Denton schools in the 1960s, breaking down racial barriers in the community.

The school is located next to Braswell High School, the district's newest high school, and primarily serves residents in the Paloma Creek South community.
