Welcome to the Joe Dale Sparks Campus Physical Education Program Overview.Each student in the Program is required to participate in every Activity/Workout that is offered throughout the week. Each student is allowed a full class period, every school day, for participation in PE.A typical PE class period will include a stretching and warm-up period, either Cardio or Strength Training, or a combination of both. Based upon individual participation, there will also be periodic lifetime games. Examples are Volleyball, Basketball, Aerobics and Anaerobics.
