• Welcome to the Joe Dale Sparks Campus Physical Education Program Overview. 
    Each Student in the Program is required to participate in every Activity/Workout that is offered throughout the week.  Each Student is allowed a full class period, every school day, for participation in PE.
    A typical PE class-period will include a stretching and warm-up period, either Cardio or Strength Training or a combination of both.  Based upon individual participation, there will also be periodic lifetime games.  Examples are Volleyball, Basketball, Aerobics and Anaerobics.
