Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year at LaGrone Academy! It has been incredible to see our students fully engage with their learning environment from day one. Watching their smiles as they walk down the red carpet and are greeted by our enthusiastic staff is a highlight for all of us. Please take a moment to ask your student about this experience.

As we kick off the school year, there are a few important updates and events we want to share with you:

1. Open House/Meet the Teacher Night: We invite you to join us on Tuesday, August 13th, from 6:00-8:00 PM. This event is a wonderful opportunity for you to explore our amazing learning environment, meet the teachers, and learn more about what your student will be studying. We look forward to seeing you there!

2. The LaGrone Way Assemblies: On August 9th, all seniors will participate in an assembly during the second period. Juniors will have their assembly on August 12th. These assemblies are designed to discuss the core values and unique approach of LaGrone Academy, highlight student contributions, and engage in team-building activities. Please encourage your student to dress comfortably for interactive games and activities.

3. Lunch and Breakfast: At LaGrone, we are proud to offer an innovative food service approach. Our Culinary students prepare all meals for breakfast, lunch, and break times, creating a diverse and delicious menu. Please note that we do not use the traditional federally-supported food service or student lunch accounts. Instead, students can purchase meals using cash, debit, credit, or electronic payments (such as Apple Pay). If your student has a remaining balance on their district school account, a refund can be requested.

4. Enrollment Opportunities: We are excited to have your family as part of the LaGrone community. We still have a few spots available for full-time students. Please feel free to share this information with others and encourage them to apply through our website.
