On October 17-18, choral students from Denton ISD’s high schools performed in the final round of the Texas Music Educators Association Region 2 Choir auditions. We are proud to announce that 34 outstanding Denton ISD students were selected for the TMEA Region 2 Choirs and 14 of those students have qualified for the next level of auditions at Pre-Area on November 15.

These students who have made the All-Region HS Choirs will perform in the TMEA Region 2 HS Choir Clinic and Concert on Saturday, November 5 at Argyle HS.  Congratulations to these outstanding students for this achievement. Many thanks to their directors and private lesson teachers for helping these students prepare for the auditions. Best wishes to the students who have advanced to the Pre-Area auditions.
