Jin, Alex, and Elvin, three strangers, join forces after Elvin's grandfather is attacked, seeking to find out why. They discover an enigmatic artist whose missing masterpieces may be the key to saving their beloved neighborhood of Harlem from being bulldozed and developed into a ludicrous historic theme park called Harlem World.
