Has your phone number or email changed?

Guardians can update student demographic and contact information, such as authorizing new emergency contacts, changing phone numbers, and email addresses, through their parental HAC accounts. For more information about HAC, please click HERE.
If you are experiencing difficulties with your parental HAC account, please email our registrar, and we will be in contact with you. If you are a student experiencing problems with your HAC account, please contact the school.
Have you moved?

If you have moved over the summer, please make sure that your new address is reflected in InfoSnap. If you have moved and do not plan to return to LaGrone Academy, please visit the page regarding Withdrawal Information.
If you have moved during the school year, to update your address, please upload your new water, gas, or electric bill with your new address and a copy/picture of your ID.
If updated bus service is needed, please be sure to email our registrar to let us know. Once your address has been updated either by InfoSnap or Demographic Update Form, please allow 48-72 hours for Transportation to reflect the changes. For more information about Transportation, please visit HERE.If you move has now placed your student in a different Denton ISD high school attendance zone, the registrar's office will be in contact for the next steps.
