     All seventh grade students must have current immunizations for the 2022-2023 school year.
     
    -Tdap with the last 5 years.
     
    -Meningococcal (MCV4)
     
    If your child needs to take any prescription medication while at school INCLUDING INHALERS there must be a request for administration of medication form on file in the nurse's office.
