Hodge Elementary Receives $12,500 Donation From Subaru of America, Inc.

Subaru of America, Inc. has partnered with AdoptAClassroom.org to support their Subaru Loves Learning program.  Through the partnership, Subaru and their retailers help supply classrooms across the country with necessary school supplies.

In partnership with Subaru of America, Inc. and AdoptAClassroom.org, Huffines Subaru Corinth adopted 54 teachers at Hodge Elementary school as part of the national Subaru Loves Learning initiative. Through this initiative, Huffines Subaru of Corinth donated $12,500, which will supply teachers with much-needed funding to select which supplies would make the biggest impact in their classrooms.

“We are overwhelmed with gratitude by these donations,” said Andrea Hare, Hodge Elementary principal. “Our staff works diligently to pour into our students and families.  These generous donations will go a long way in providing our teachers with the resources needed to accomplish their mission of supporting students and families in being school ready and getting a solid foundational elementary education.”

Huffines Subaru Corinth believes that all students deserve an equal and fair opportunity at a quality education. Throughout the month of August, Huffines Subaru Corinth and more than 630 participating Subaru retailers nationwide will provide high-need schools with funding for school supplies and resources to help their students thrive in the classroom.

As of this year, Subaru and its retailers will have supported more than 750,000 students nationwide and are proud to be the largest corporate supporter of AdoptAClassroom.org.
