    Canned Food Drive

    Hawk will be collecting canned food items April 18-25 in conjunction with the Denton Mayor's Day of Concern spotlighting hunger in our community. Items most needed are canned vegetables, dry beans, dry rice, cereal, peanut butter, and canned meats. There is a collection container in the main hallway.

  • Hawk's Teacher of the Year

    Congratulations to the Hawk Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Zella Armstrong! Mrs. Armstrong is a Reading Recovery Specialist and has been at Hawk since the school opened. She is recognized for her contributions to student success at Hawk, as well as the expertise and help she gives to the Hawk teachers.
