Welcome to Borman Elementary

  • Borman Elementary is known for its community support and has one of the largest mentoring programs in Texas. The school, built in 1970 and renovated in 2009, was named after Frank Borman, a NASA astronaut and commander of the Apollo 8 spacecraft. Borman is an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Primary Years Programme, providing students with a strong academic base that focuses on the development of a child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and world outside. The school also functions as a dual-language campus to produce bilingual and bi-literate students.
