We need you!!!
The volunteer application is available now to fill out for the 2017-2018 school year! Start dates for volunteering on campuses will not begin until the month of September. If you would like to volunteer with CISNT and work with students on campus, please visit our volunteer information page listed on our website's homepage .
Process for becoming a volunteer:
1) Fill out volunteer application.

If you would like to be a mentor, or you are a returning mentor, please click the mentor button on the CISNT volunteer
If you would like to volunteer as an academic coach, whose primary purpose is to assist multiple students with
homework and other
activities, please fill out the application for becoming an Academic Coach.

2) Attend a volunteer training.
Many trainings take place around Denton and in the Lewisville area starting the week of August 24th! RSVP for a training
DHS campus to review code of conduct and procedures! Orientations on campus can be scheduled directly with the
DHS Site Coordinator.
3) CISNT conducts a background check & assigns you to a campus
Our volunteer coordinator will email you once you have attended a training and your background check has cleared!
4) Campus staff contacts you to schedule a campus visit and choose
recurring volunteer time
